1) It provides supervisors with information on how employees perceive support, cohesion, and motivation in their work.
2) It is a tool that can be used to ensure the staff feel supported, connected, and their voice is heard.
3) It also provides daily information to the employees on how their remote workday went.
3. Who Should Use This Tool
All the organizations that want to know how their remote workers are doing daily and if there is anything that needs to be done concerning productivity, access to tools or motivation. It can be a tool to eventually enhance the cost efficiency in the organization by taking care of the employee satisfaction.
4. Steps for Implementation
1. Download the app or open it on the web page
2. Open the web/mobile app and click the “New organization or user?” (button in the top right corner of the login)
3. Enter your information and click “Register “
4. Receive a registration email to register your organization account
5. Now you are ready to use the app, and you can invite others as well.
6. Improve your well-being by using the app!
• Users first answer a base mood and 3 simple questions after that with multiple-choice answers
• Optional comment can be given after the last answer choice
• Questions are randomly selected each workday from a question set
• After each of the available questions has been shown the cycle will start over again
• The overall status of the current day is shown
